Tracking Your Package

For all online orders, you will receive an email confirmation the day the order has been sent out with a shipment and a tracking number (if applicable). This allows customer to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show up in our courier’s system.

Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel or change a KeeQoo.com order for any reasons, please contact us at service@KeeQoo.com as soon as possible and make sure to include your order number. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the Production/Shipping phase or has already sent out. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can simply return it to us, a 50% restocking fee will be charge while shipping and handling are non-refundable . KeeQoo.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Duties & Taxe

KeeQoo.com will do the following to help our customers avoid duties and taxes:

i) Declare your purchase under $ 45

ii) Pack it as small as possible

iii) Label it as a "gift" purchase

These methods have proof to work very well, but with that said we still need to list the "just in case".

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. KeeQoo.com cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.

Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reasons you aren’t satisfied with the product(s) purchased, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 24 hours from the delivery date. Return packages must be post marked within 24 hours upon delivery of products. It is necessary to follow KeeQoo.com’s return procedure outlined in the next section to return a product. The restocking fee for refund or exchange is 50% of the purchased price of the item(s). Shipping and handling are non-refundable, if applicable. Products must be unworn and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping, handling and applicable taxes for the return shipment. We’ll waive the restocking fee and pay for the return shipping cost if the return is due to our own mistake. Any engraved item cannot return for refund. Refunds

Once we received your returned item(s), your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments less any applicable fees against your purchase. The first credit will be made within 14 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery & Handling charges are non-refundable.
